The IMC-Handloom Resource Centre is guided by an Advisory Board Comprising the following members:

The following are the main components of the IMC Handloom Resource Centre:

Library: The Library is well-equipped with Handloom Centric books/periodicals/journals of national and international importance and relevance.

Website: The website www.unctadimcnet.org is completely redesigned and updated, specially catering to the needs of the Handloom Sector in particular. The website, to be an interactive one, will play a major role in exchange of information and function as a common platform for all stakeholders.

Digitalization : Both the hardware and software for the system are in place and operational. It is an ongoing process in which newspaper clippings and other handloom centric documents, articles are stored in digitalized form and further classified for easy retrieval and reference to make it customer-friendly.
Besides, the Centre publishes a Newsletter devoted to Handlooms for information dissemination.
